This week, we welcomed Prince Botchway, Founder of Pathway to Better, to help our team build a shared understanding of DEIB, laying the foundation to advance our mission and deepen belonging among our staff, students, and families.
Community is a core value at SIS, but there’s always room to grow. Exploring concepts like equity vs. equality and intent vs. impact reminded us that creating an authentically inclusive culture is a shared priority.
