Wild foraging starts young 💜. The magic that these little ones are in finding food in the forest and lapping up fresh spring water (check out the reel) is something I feel honored to experience. One of my passions is to provide experiences like these for children who m that not otherwise have them. I hope to share my passion for learning from the trees and plants and listening to the forest with the next generation 🌏

This is Maverick 🙂. He backpacked up his first mountain at the age of 4. I believe doing hard things together and celebrating with laughter and dips in alpine lakes make for children who are confident and resilient and determi. Maverick knows how to do hard things and stick with them or try them a different way and I attribute this to our family adventures together through rain or sleet or snow 🙂. He loves to tell the story of this trip, maybe I will record his version soon!
