Flute With Maddi

10/07/2026

Hi everyone! I’m Maddi, a local flute teacher looking to sublease a small room, or office 1-2 afternoons/week (Mon–Wednesday, ~3:30-7:30pm) to teach private lessons from.
My needs are:
Low traffic: 1 student at a time (30–60 min slots)
Acoustic flute: No loud sound systems or speakers
Minimal setup: Just need space for 2 people & 2 music stands
My location preference would be near Redwood Rd or Westlake High, but I’m also open to other ideas. If you have something available, and are interested, or know someone who does, please DM me so we can chat!

🥺

“Poorer families are at risk of under-representation in the music industry as children are being priced out of learning to play musical instruments, a new report suggests.”

For children in difficult circumstances, whether it is an orphaned U.S. child living in foster care, a homeless child, or an at risk child living near or below the poverty level, music has the power to heal trauma, improve mental health, and create better academic outcomes.
This is why we believe all kids need music, but especially at risk kids.

Please consider giving the gift of music to a child who can’t afford it.

Hey everyone!

I’ve received a lot of inquiries lately about music lessons and wanted to let the community know that I have a few immediate openings for Flute lessons! I teach both in-person and online, and I love working with both kids and adults of all skill levels. If you’ve been looking for a productive way to keep you or your kids busy over the summer, this is a perfect time to start learning something brand new or brush up on skills you already have!

To help you see if my studio is the right fit, I always offer a FREE trial lesson so you can try it out first. If you would like to schedule a free 30 minute trial lesson, you can schedule one here using my personal booking link: https://flutewithmaddi.opus1.io/w/trial

Im also considering starting a group music class for kids if there’s enough interest. If you are interested in an opportunity like this, DM me for more info.
