We Need to Sit With This.

Every single day, I see women and/or girls sharing stories about how other women and girls mistreating them… Being Mean- Girl Bullies.

It breaks my heart. It also triggers me into being so upset that I begin to shake.

I know these uncomfortable feelings. I have felt them my whole life.

I know what it’s like for girls and women to attempt to drag you down.

I know what it feels like to be that one girl who is excluded from group activities when I did nothing wrong.

In fact, oftentimes I’ve been the people pleaser. I’ve wanted to fit in, I’ve wanted to make friends, nobody would allow it.

It took me a long time to realize that these girls, teens, and women who seemed to have it all- didn’t. They were unhappy in some capacity and taking power plays against me.

Most of these people were colleagues which is sad, most of them were my age and older. In most places I’ve worked, there’s not been any sort of interest on my part to compete.

I’m just here, happy, and staying in my lane as I have always done… Simply attempting to work and have a life.

Do not bully sweet, smart, innocent girls, teens, or women. You do not have the right to bully someone so you feel powerful.

People on the outside actually see how you’re mistreating others. People see what you’re doing. Your behavior looks pathetic.

I had someone put things in perspective for me the other day.

She said “Consider the source of who is attempting to make you feel badly, or who you may feel is attacking you.”

“Look at that situation, look at the person. Who are they… what are they about? “

When I did this for myself, I realized a lot about people. I realized a lot about jealousy.

I realized it’s not my obligation, problem, or duty to make these people see me in a certain light or to even get involved with them.

My duty and your duty is to simply Walk Away and Stay Away.

If you’re being a bully today- come attack us- leave everyone else alone.

We decided to finally take action seeing too much Mean-Girl Behavior among girls, teens, and women in schools, and workplaces being mistreated and harassed.

Our grassroots 501(c)(3) tax exempt charity was born on October 2, 2025. We became incorporated on October 8, 2025. The organization earned its tax exempt status on 12/1/25.

End Mean-Girl Culture Movement Inc. is finally saying “No More ‘girl on girl bullying’. No more mean girls who bully innocent souls, due to their own insecurities. Finally, no more brutal attacks on innocent lives through violence or su***des.”

There needs to be more reform and accountability when it comes to bullying. Not soon- Now!

It’s time for us in the community, to speak out. If we don’t speak out, and take a stand for girls, teens, and women facing relational aggression nobody will.

There are many girls, teens, women who switch schools or leave workplaces due to bullying and not being properly protected by institutions.

Some states have tracking systems in their school databases that they rely on for incident reporting. Some don’t. They rely only on paper reporting. Paper trails get lost, and incidents are forgotten.

We have compiled data for every state through vigorous research. Girl on Girl and Women on Women incidents are growing.

Bullied girl begged middle school for help before taking her own life: lawsuit

New Jersey's Felicia LoAlbo-Melendez, 11, recorded anti-bullying warning before death, sent SOS email to teacher.

The girl reached out to teachers for help after she was mocked by other students who called her "gay," "ugly," a "midget" and "furry," before she died by su***de, according to a lawsuit filed last week.

Racist insults, which Fox News Digital chose not to publish, were allegedly hurled at Felicia — at times in class — according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit involves seven students, all of whom are minors and identified by initials, who admitted to bullying Felicia "via cell phones" and retaliating after Felicia's mom spoke to one of the student's parents.

The student "retaliated against Felicia by encouraging others to continue the verbal abuse of Felicia," the lawsuit says.

The student's insults were echoed by several classmates, and they allegedly excluded her from activities because Felicia "advocated (for her) position that love was love and that she could love another of the same or different gender," the lawsuit says.

In one alleged instance, a student poured water on Felicia’s chair when she stepped away from her desk, and Felicia sat in the chair without seeing the puddle.

A student allegedly yelled out, "Look, who (urinated) in her chair," while other students in the class laughed, according to the lawsuit.

"Despite this being witnessed by other students and the teacher, the teacher never took action to report or discipline the student," the lawsuit says.

In April, Felicia's mom, Elaina LoAlbo, told Fox News Digital her daughter was always an advocate against bullying of any kind.

"Felicia was a bright student, having skipped a grade. She has been described as ‘a compassionate human everyone wishes they could be’ and as ‘kind and selfless … inspiring others with her radiant personality,’" the lawsuit states.

But the "persistent and systematic abusive actions" that spanned two school years ended in tragedy Feb. 6, when Felicia was found unconscious in a bathroom at F.W. Holbein School in Mount Holly, New Jersey.

After two days of "ongoing seizures" in the hospital, she died "cradled in the arms of her mother," the lawsuit says.

"(Felicia's) death came on the heels of multiple emails that Felicia sent to her counselors and school officials, first initiated by Felicia’s parents, regarding ongoing and systemic bullying that Felicia was suffering from at the school," the lawsuit says.

Felicia's mom told Fox News Digital in April, "It's not just my daughter's cries that fell on deaf ears, but this is happening in all the schools."

Cyberbullying in and after school is an epidemic The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said about one in five high school students reported being bullied on school property, and more than one in six high school students reported being bullied online in the last year.

Similar statistics showing increased bullying incidents in schools were laid out in the lawsuit.

In Felicia's school district, the number of bullying incidents nearly doubled from six reported complaints in 2021-2022 to at least 11 during the 2022-2023 school year, according to the lawsuit.

But those numbers don't tell the whole story, according to the legal action, which suggests the number of incidents is likely higher.

Family's law firm settled highest NJ school bullying suit
Felicia's family is being represented by Nagel Rice LLP, which settled with New Jersey's Rockaway Township School District for $9.1 million over the summer.

"This settlement should send a strong signal to schools around the country that bullying is an epidemic, and schools have a responsibility to protect our children," Nagel said in a statement after the settlement.

I have personally reached out to Sarasota Highs School to help, aid, and get involved.

They advised me that they have to follow school guidelines, which I wasn’t asking them not to. They should follow all the school guidelines for the state.

However, my organization was never there to hurt anything they have in place- my presence would be there to assist.

When I wrote back saying this they told me they have to get approval from the board. That’s fine.

In the meantime, I will work with community members, who want to help in this epidemic that is just getting worse every year.

🚨 BULLYING SHOULD NOT END IN A FUNERAL 🚨

Did you know that Virginia lawmakers introduced “Autumn’s Law,” a proposed anti-bullying law named after 10-year-old Autumn Bushman, who died by su***de after experiencing bullying?

The legislation would make aggravated bullying and aggravated cyberbullying criminal offenses in Virginia. Unfortunately, the bill has been delayed until the 2027 legislative session.

As the founder of a nonprofit focused on ending relational aggression, mean girl behavior, bullying, and cyberbullying, I have spent countless hours researching the devastating impact bullying has on girls, teens, women, and families.

What I’ve learned is heartbreaking.

Behind every bullying statistic is a real person, a real family, and sometimes a life that can never be replaced.

I recently began watching The Mean Girl Murders documentary series. One case tells the story of Stacey, a popular teenage girl who became the target of ongoing hostility from another girl. What started as relational aggression and social conflict escalated into violence. Stacey was lured to a party, confronted, and fatally stabbed.

This is why we cannot dismiss bullying, cyberbullying, relational aggression, social exclusion, harassment, or intimidation as “just kids being kids.”

When bullying escalates, the consequences can be life-changing—and sometimes life-ending.

I will continue writing to policymakers, attending school board meetings, speaking out, and advocating for stronger anti-bullying laws, bullying prevention programs, cyberbullying accountability, and mental health support for victims.

A friend of mine, who knows about my work with End Mean Girl Culture Movement Inc., recently suggested that I watch Mean Girl Murders.

It was a difficult but important watch.

The documentary highlights how bullying, exclusion, jealousy, social aggression, and conflicts between girls can sometimes escalate into devastating consequences.

What struck me the most is that these aren’t just stories from somewhere else. Sadly, I have learned of tragedies connected to my own high school, and it was hard to wrap my head around how conflicts between young people could escalate to such heartbreaking outcomes.

As someone who is passionate about ending bullying and toxic behavior, this documentary reinforced something I’ve been saying all along: what many people dismiss as “girl drama” can have serious, real-world consequences.

We need more conversations about kindness.
We need more conversations about accountability.
We need more conversations about empathy and respect.
