This is going to be a big beautiful new double sided sink area by one of our gardens! I’m so excited about this project. Our classes will be so much easier with this station ☀️

A few updates to our sandwich bread! Fiona did this all on her own today 🌞
We had a ton of humidity in the kitchen today with open doors so the second rise was not as big but still delicious.

Our Ohana week was so special this last week ☀️
The laughter, friendships, creek adventures, animal encounters, and joy of being muddy outdoors reminded us exactly why we love creating these experiences.
Because of that, we’ve decided to add a few single Ohana Days in July!
If you’re looking for small-group connection, meaningful friendships, nature play, and a place where kids can simply be kids, send us a message to reserve a spot for one or both of our upcoming Fridays.
The children have shown us what they truly love, and we listen. Creating days filled with exploration and friends 🌱
We are direct step up providers

Making memories and friendships
Camp Ohana ☀️ watching connections as an outsider/parent is so special 🌱
With the addition of four more ducks and two of the new ones being almost adults the temporary space we had for the 4 stooges is just not big enough now. Even temporary I can’t keep them here till their permanent garden home is gated. Dom and I have a plan!
I still imagine they will come to me to go to bed in the lanai as they have been happy and safe sleeping in my sight for a few months now so that adjustment will happen later. It does not bother me to bring them in at night in fact I look forward to tucking them in but during the day they need more space to roam. Let’s go!
I left for a bit today with the girls and came home to such a wonderful surprise! The boys took a trip to the wildlife center and returned with four more beautiful Pekin ducks that had been surrendered after Easter.
I will mention this is the first surprise live animal gift I have ever gotten from my husband in over 20 years and let me tell you he is speaking my love language!
Although I know they are hard to resist, animals should never be given as Easter presents to little children just because they look cute in a basket. Unless you truly intend to raise and care for them long term, please don’t bring them home just for a “cute day.” These babies deserve a farm, not a cage at a shelter.
They are now exactly where they belong. Welcome to our Ohana little ones☀️
Now what do I call my “Four Stooges” now that they’ve turned into eight
