The Montessori Classroom
Our Montessori classroom is divided into several logical areas by low open shelves where beautiful and intriguing learning materials display an invitation to the child to practice a particular skill or learn a new concept, isolating the difficulty, one at a time. There is an order and structure to the room. Dr. Maria Montessori left us a legacy as a caring and bright educator who created a unique approach of helping children learn at their own pace. She carefully designed an environment, which presents an educational abundance.
