This martial arts and self defense system consist of circular
motions incorporating kicks, punches, throwing, joint-locks (breaks) and submission techniques (choke holds). It is a versatile style of martial arts designed to teach you distance and close contact self defense. The attacks focus on the weakest parts of the opponent’s body such as arteries, nerves, joints, and organs, known as pressure points. The defensive movements are circular motions to diminish or neutralize the attacker’s power. Daniel is Executive Director of the Chinese Lan Hai Martial Arts program and head Instructor Hapkido of Sarasota. With over 45 years of martial Art experience. Daniel has lived in both China and Korea and did most of his training oversea in 1990's. Daniel has trained in most of the Soft style Martial Arts, and train in art such as Judo, Aikido, Chinese Wrestling, Tai-Chi, Wu-Shu, Wing- Chun, Jeet-Kune-do, Escrima and Chi Kung. Daniel has just returned from living in Beijing China where he was coaching Hapkido, and doing Martial Art tours to the Famous Shaolin Temple.
