Hello IB Families,
Our first IBPO General Meeting is scheduled to take place Tuesday, August 12 at 10:30am. We would love to see you in the Principal's conference room or via Teams.
We will begin with our Executive Board Meeting at 9:30am, followed by our General Meeting at 10:30am. Teams and doors will open at 10:25 am and we will start our General Meeting right on time.
If you are attending in person, please allow time to check in and get your name badge first. We know it is often challenging to get to school at this time but it gives you a great opportunity to meet your fellow parents.
Immediately following the General Meeting, 9th Grade Breakfast with the Principal Committee will be meeting to discuss the preparation for this event, which will take place on September 25th. Our chairman, Mary Beth Afflerbach is looking for volunteers, so if you're interested in helping, please attend this meeting. Can't make the meeting, but interested in helping? Email us at [email protected].
Thank you to all for donating your valuable time and supporting your children. We look forward to seeing you in person or on screen Tuesday!
For those who cannot make it, we will post the minutes of the General Meeting on the website (www.riverviewib.com).
Please note our first PARENT SOCIAL will be September 3rd at Fin & Tonic from 6:00-8:00pm. Join us to meet new and returning parents.
Interested in volunteering this year? We would love to have you be a part of the team. Please email us at [email protected].
Finally, we encourage you to Support our students and staff through your financial donations. Your generous contributions allow the IBPO to put on ALL student and staff appreciation events throughout the year. We also have opportunities for corporate sponsorships so please consider donating.
You are invited to join the scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting for Tuesday, with the provided ID 275 129 710 591 6 and passcode fF2Ct6Nz.
