It's safe to say we LOVE our Meka Trays! Both centers have been using them, and the kids are always engaged and excited to explore.
We love watching their little minds work as they create, build, sort, and discover. It's one of those simple tools that keeps learning fun and hands-on! Super easy to clean and made durable for iur littles to enjoy!

Helpful tips for our new VPK students!
New routines can feel exciting, unfamiliar and overwhelming, sometimes all at once!
Your child doesn’t need every nervous feeling to disappear before the first day. A few simple moments at home can make VPK feel less unknown and help them build confidence for what’s ahead.
Talk about what to expect. Practice small routines. Read a story about starting school. Choose a calming tool together.
Big feelings are normal. A little preparation can make a big difference. 💛

As technology continues to evolve, protecting children's privacy is more important than ever.
One commitment I've always made as the founder of An Apple a Day Academy is to make decisions as if every child here were my own.
Even though my children are grown, I still ask myself, "What would I want if they were this little?" That's why you'll only see partial faces, different angles, or photos from behind...never full-face photos of our students.
We believe childhood should be protected, and their safety and digital privacy will always come before social media. We must collectively pay attention to the dangers that lurk and I'm always paying attention.

We are starting to make progress in our playgrounds! Removing the rubber mulch for natural mulch! It already feels mulch better!
Once we are done we will start planting our Florida Native plants 🪴
