We have been invited to this event by the Yale Club:
Dear Fellow Yalie,
You are cordially invited to join us for sparkling conversation at our first Informal Summer Lunch at Marina Jack. As always, we order individually and pay by individual check. No speaker, just our fellow Yalies. Most people say the summer lunches provide their most interesting conversations all year.
For the May lunch, if the weather is mild, we'll sit outdoors by the water, under the roof in the shade, on the deck at Marina Jack. We'll start gathering around 11:45 and order lunch directly from the menu at 12:00 p.m. To find the group go outside on the deck. Turn right and go all the way to the far right end of the deck (just outside the Deep Six Bar). If the weather is atypical, we'll adjourn to the Deep Six bar, where it can be cold so dress accordingly.
Particularly if this is your first time at the informal lunches, please take the opportunity to upload a photo when you register, so we'll know to greet you by name.

You will have a choice of either a salad or entree upon arrival. If possible, please make your choice by 11:45 so that there will be no delay in the service of lunch. The price is $35, tax and tip included, and is payable at the door in cash or check to the “Dartmouth Club.” Please feel free to bring guests. The event coincides with the Boat Show. We recommend attendees allow plenty of time and consider the Marina Jack valet parking or park on the other side of Tamiami Trail.
