The Power Within has officially come to a close, and what a beautiful ending it was.
Over the past six weeks, the kids journeyed through an original story adventure where each week unlocked a new part of the journey and helped them explore the power of their thoughts, choices, courage, confidence, and belief in themselves.
Each week, the story unfolded with a special note and a small artifact connected to the inner power we explored.
Through storytelling, movement, and creative expression, the kids practiced real-life mindset skills in a way they could see, feel, and remember.
For our final week, the kids created their own Power Within lanterns to hold the artifacts from the journey, bringing the whole story full circle with one powerful reminder:
The light they were searching for was within them all along ✨️
It was such a meaningful way to bring the story full circle.
This program has been such a joy to create, teach, and refine. After a little more polishing, The Power Within will also be available as a curriculum for purchase, so other families, teachers, and programs can bring this story-based mindset adventure to life, too.
And now we’re getting ready for summer. ☀️

Looking for a summer camp that’s active, creative, and meaningful? ☀️
Mindset Movement Academy is offering three one-week summer camps for kids ages 6–12 this June.
Each week blends movement, mindset lessons, creative art projects, kid-friendly yoga/stretching, brain-based movement, obstacle courses, cooperative games, and story-based learning in a small-group setting.
Kids will have fun while practicing real-life mindset tools they can use at home, with friends, in activities, and in everyday life.
Choose one week or join us for all three:
Week 1: MindPower | June 1–4
Kids explore how their mind works, including thoughts, beliefs, focus, self-talk, neural pathways, and the brain’s “radar.”
Week 2: InnerPower | June 8–11
Kids explore self-leadership, responsibility, values, decision-making, and how to make thoughtful choices.
Week 3: MePower | June 15–18
Kids build confidence, self-esteem, self-belief, and learn to recognize their unique strengths.

During our current session, the kids made silhouette portraits and filled them with colors, patterns, symbols, and personality. Each one turned out completely different, and that was my favorite part.
This is the kind of hands-on, creative experience we weave into our programs through movement, stories, games, art, and confidence-building activities.

Our first summer camp starts with the foundation: 🧠 MindPower
Kids are constantly learning math, reading, sports, and new skills.
But one of the most important things they can learn is how their own mind works.
In MindPower, kids will explore simple, kid-friendly brain science and begin understanding how their thoughts, feelings, choices, and actions are connected.
They’ll learn how to pause, notice what’s happening inside, and choose a new direction.
Through story, movement, games, and hands-on art, these big ideas become something kids can actually experience, remember, and use.
Because mindset isn’t just about “thinking positive.”
It’s the foundation for confidence, self-belief, and learning how to move through life with more awareness and inner strength.

There’s something really special about the end of a 30-week journey 🎓✨
Last week we celebrated a handful of students completing our Mastery Program, and it was such a proud moment.
Week by week, they showed up, tried new things, built confidence, and became part of something really special.
The certificates are just a small piece of it… what they’re walking away with matters so much more—tools they can use, perspectives they can carry with them, and a stronger sense of who they are.
To all of the families who have been part of this journey—thank you for trusting me with your kids. It’s been such a meaningful experience watching that growth unfold over time.
We’re starting fresh with a new 6-week session this week, and it’s designed to give new families a chance to step in and experience it.
