🎃☕ THE PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE CHALLENGE IS HERE! ☕🎃

Fall is almost here, and we’re kicking it off with a challenge! 🍂

Don’t worry… you don’t actually have to drink a Pumpkin Spice Latte. 😂

Instead, PSL stands for:

🎃 P — PLANKS: 1 minute
💪 S — SIT-UPS: 1 minute
🦵 L — LUNGES: 1 minute

That’s it. Three minutes a day.

Do it at home. Do it before class. Get your parents, siblings, or friends involved and see who can stick with it!

The goal is simple: complete your PSL every day and don’t break the streak.

What makes our Afterschool Martial Arts Program different? We believe the time after school can be an opportunity for kids to grow, build confidence, and develop skills that last a lifetime! 🌟

Kids face plenty of challenges as they grow—schoolwork, friendships, new responsibilities, and learning how to handle setbacks. Our program gives them a positive environment where they can learn, have fun, and become stronger both on and off the mat. 💪
