Freedom Village of Bradenton lived up to its motto of "Exceptional Experiences Every Day" during our Equine Therapy visit today. The residents were so warm and welcoming to Midnight. Some people were energized by the sensory experience of running hands across his velvety coat, while others shared stories of horses from their past, and still more just embrace his calm demeanor. We had a wonderful time connecting with residents of Liana at Sarasota today. They enjoyed a visit from Midnight, the miniature horse. Staff members remarked at the profound impact this gentle creature had on one particular resident. The woman, prone to colorful spontaneous utterances, just leaned in and quietly loved on Midnight. Our hearts were full!
