Helping you scale and sell your business and beat burnout through nervous system regulation

08/24/2026

Imagine spending five days in St. Pete Beach surrounded by therapists who practice the way you do. The speaker on stage describes your work like it's the most normal thing in the world. The conversations over lunch turn into friendships, referrals, and the people you text after a hard session because they just get it.

You don't just leave with CE hours.

You leave with a community that reminds you that you were never the only one doing this work.

Head to the top of my page and claim your spot. Come spend five days in St. Pete Beach with therapists who understand your work, support your growth, and make the professional isolation you've been carrying feel like something you can finally leave behind.

As a 7-9 figure business owner, a small part of you has started to wonder if something is wrong with you, because you did the thing you were supposed to do, and it's not working, you took the trip, you booked the massage, you actually rested, and you came back, and felt exactly as fried as before.

So you booked the next one, because that's what worked last time, or at least it felt like it worked, and slowly your calendar filled up with little escapes you keep needing more often, and something in you still never quite settles.

Let me tell you why you are stuck in an endless loop....
You've been sold relief and told it was recovery, and those are two different products.

Relief is a feeling that fades by the time your bags are unpacked; a reset is a change to the baseline you actually carry home. One you have to keep re-buying, the other you get to keep, and only one of them was ever built to solve your problem instead of repeating itself.

You have run a business long enough to spot a model built on customers who have to come back. This is that model, and you've been its best customer for years without knowing it.

At the top of my page, you can grab my FREE toolkit that goes at the baseline instead of the feeling, so you can tell for yourself the difference between something that wears off and something that actually stays.

Most therapy conferences leave you counting down the hours until you can go home.

You sit through another presentation, scribble a few notes you'll probably never look at again, collect your CE certificate, and head back to your practice feeling exactly the same as when you arrived.

At some point, you probably stopped expecting anything different.

Because that's just what conferences are like... right?

Here's the thing, they were never supposed to leave you more disconnected from the work you love.

Professional development should remind you why you became a therapist in the first place. It should introduce you to ideas you'll actually use with your clients next week. It should put you in a room with people who practice the way you do, so you stop wondering if you're the only one.

That's exactly what happened at our Palm Springs Summit.

For a few days, therapists who had spent years feeling like they had to explain or defend their work suddenly found themselves surrounded by people who just... got it.

You sat down next to someone who also uses sound healing with trauma clients. A speaker described exactly what happens in your sessions like it was the most normal thing in the world. And somewhere between the conversations, the learning, and the community, you stopped shrinking around the work you've always believed in.

Because when you're surrounded by therapists who see the world the way you do, you stop questioning whether you belong.

Head to the link in my bio and come be in the room where you sit down next to therapists who practice the way you do, hear speakers talk about the work you've always believed in like it's completely normal, and finally stop feeling like you have to explain yourself.

DM me the word WEBINAR, and I'll send you my free training on how to fill your calendar for good.

Because you didn't build a practice to still be counting empty slots every Monday.

There's a whole group of clients who need you right now, and whose coverage doesn't disappear when the economy dips.
Medicare is how you reach them, and most practices near you aren't set up for it yet.

Everyone told you that once you were your own boss, your brain would finally get to breathe. So why do you mask harder now than you ever did working for someone else?

You get on the client call, act polished, and on top of it, you show up to the team meeting and hide how scattered you actually feel.
Then you log off, and you've got nothing left, and you don't even notice you did it, because you've been doing it so long it feels normal.

Here's the thing nobody told you when you started this business. The way you're taught to run a group practice, or a business, was built for a brain that works nothing like yours, so you spend all day forcing yourself to focus, sit still, and look like you've got it together, and you end the day completely wiped.

And that happens because you're doing it in a way that was never made for you.

You started this because you wanted a life that fits you, so you shouldn't have to spend all day pretending your brain works like everyone else's.

Head to the top of my page and sign up for my FREE summit, where you'll learn from entrepreneurs with the same brain as you who run their business in a way that actually fits them, so you can stop white-knuckling through your day and start working in a way that finally feels like yours.

The reason you keep saying Medicare rates are too low is that no one's shown you the other number.

Those empty slots are costing you around $7,200 a month, every month, while you wait for the right private-pay client to come along.
One of my clients stopped leaving that on the table, filled her calendar, and grew into a group practice she later sold.

Comment Webinar to secure your spot for my FREE webinar, and I'll show you exactly what that path looks like for your practice.

Some nights you get home, pull into the driveway, and sit in the car for ten minutes because you can't quite make yourself walk inside yet. From the outside, you're doing great, and inside, something has been off for a long time.

You closed the biggest year of your life and waited to feel something, and it just never came, and lately you've started to wonder if this is simply who you are now, if the part of you that used to get excited is gone for good.

Here is what that quietly costs you, and it is a lot more than a rough mood. A system this worn down stops making sharp calls, it says yes to the deal it should have passed on, and lets the good opportunity sit because there's no energy to chase it, and it reaches for the easy answer over the right one all day long.

At your level, a single wrong yes is a six-figure mistake, which makes this the most expensive thing on your plate that nobody has put a number on.

You didn't build all of this just to feel nothing and run it as the most worn-out version of you. You built it so your life would feel like more, and somewhere in the grind, you stopped getting to feel any of it.

At the top of my page, you can grab the first thing I hand every client in this spot, a toolkit to start bringing your system down out of survival mode, so being sharp and actually present stops feeling so far away.

You've assumed the backend gets messier as you grow.
That more revenue naturally means more claims slipping, more manual fixes, and more Sunday cleanup.

So you've been solving it by working harder on top of it.

It isn't scale. It's that your systems were built for a smaller version of your practice and never grew with you.

A six-figure-a-month operation running on software that can't catch its own errors doesn't have a growth problem; it has an infrastructure problem, and every month you scale on top of it, the leak gets bigger.

Send me a DM with the word CHECKPOINT, to book a demo and understand what your backend should actually be doing at your size, so you stop being the one holding it together.

So at some point, you decided the problem must be you. šŸ˜“

Every January, you sit down, sure that this is the year you finally get it together, and you tell yourself that once you can pay someone to help, it will all click.

But it doesn'tā€¼ļø

The "successful" people you compare yourself to have found a way to make their brains work for them, and yours has just been working against you this whole time.

That is the whole difference. That's literally the only difference. 🫣

You have been building your business on a setup made for a brain that works nothing like yours. So, of course, you feel like the one falling behind.

You don't need to fix yourself or force your brain to work the same way it works for everyone else; you need to see how a brain like yours builds something that actually holds, from people who have already done it.

And thats exactly what we are going to be working on during our FREE summit.
Real ADHD business owners show you how they built a business that runs on their kind of brain, instead of the one everyone told them to copy.

You can sign up at the top of my page because this could be the first time you watch someone build a business the exact way your brain already works.

I’m one of 23+ neurodivergent speakers in DIVERGE! A free virtual summit for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, visionaries, thought leaders, and creatives. This is not a performative summit where one ND speaker gets paraded around like a show pony šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« Every single speaker is neurodivergent. Self-paced, captions/transcripts/audio-only included, no live attendance required. My session: ā€œBurned out a soap brand by saying yes to everything, pre-diagnosis. Now she’s doing it again, post-diagnosis, with a book coming out in November — and talking honestly about doing it differently this timeā€¦ā€ It’s free to attend. There’s also a $97 VIP bundle if you want lifetime access plus the freebies and workbooks speakers are contributing. Link in bio šŸ’—
