I know some of us are starting to think about the holidays, and some of us are already working on Christmas (🙋‍♀️). I wanted to share this great idea a friend of mine does to maybe help those with younge children and that pesky elf on the shelf!

We all know the infamous elf on the shelf. Well my good friend personalizes these adorable little elves. Now that my son has started to understand elf in the shelf this little elf is great to have around. If we didn’t already have an elf on the shelf (thanks auntie for spoiling us) we would use these -way cheaper n cuter! But since we do, our wlf brought my son this super special elf that had his name on it (you could do any name in sure) that he could TOUCH! He was so excited to be able to take the elf everywhere and hold the elf (very hard not to at an almost 3yr old). We explained that this elf at night tells the other elf all about the day he had, if he was good or not and the elf on the shelf reported to santa and was the silly one who was up to no good all the time! My son loves snuggling with it when its bed time or going in the car with it. My friend does this on the side from working at the preschool with me and she makes then for the classes every year! They really are wonderful!
