Show up, work hard, have a few laughs, crush some goals.
💪🥇😤

Mike came here looking to generally be more healthy and fit but he also wanted to keep in mind a few activities which he partakes; golf, Hyrox, and a big ski trip at the end of the year.

In just two hours a week we’re attacking all of that. Being a new dad and business owner that’s as much as we’re likely gonna get so we plan each exercise with intention and work hard to get the most out of our time.

We have only just begun so I am excited to see where Mike goes from here. 📈

I want to formally introduce myself to the Florida Athletic Club family. 👋

I’m Dr. Jaime Loomis, PT, DPT—and I’m a spine nerd. 🧠🦴

As a teenager, I suffered from multi-level disc herniations, which ultimately led me to the work I do today. I made a full recovery without surgery using the same approach I now practice as a physical therapist.

That experience is why I’m so passionate about teaching people that back and neck pain don’t necessarily have to be something you just live with.

There are simple movements, exercises, and daily habits that can make a huge difference when you know what to do.

You gotta train like one.

Be gritty.

Do the common uncommonly well.

Don’t shy away from challenging yourself in new ways.

Strength, speed, power, athleticism… won’t come from crunches and the same old routine you been doing.

Train in new planes of motion, train core stability & flexion, rotational power, train with weights that make you second guess yourself, reaction times…

I’m so excited to officially announce the opening of BAlign Physical Therapy & Performance!

This has been a passion project in the making, and I’m incredibly grateful to begin this new chapter downtown Sarasota.
