Here’s an example from a teacher’s perspective of what’s happening in
Load of Code Camp!
“Hi Parents,
Thank you for sharing your kids with me again this week! They have learned to add Sprites (characters) and Stages (backgrounds) to their Scratch projects. We practiced using code to animate the sprites and learned how to add music/sounds to our projects.
Next week I’ll review the Software Development Process so they can create their own coding project! They’ll need a few pieces of paper and a good eraser on Monday to draw preliminary designs.
By Friday, we hope to have a completed game, story or music project ready to share!
Thank you again! 😊
