We’re proud to celebrate our partnership with Tidewell Foundation and support the one-of-a-kind Tidewell Hospice Nurse Residency Program!

This innovative, 12-month program gives recent nursing graduates a direct pathway into hospice care through specialized training, professional development, clinical coaching, simulation-based learning, and hands-on experience in a variety of care settings. Residents build the confidence, clinical skills, and empathetic communication needed to provide exceptional care to patients and families, while preparing for certification and a career with a Tidewell Hospice care team.

CareerEdge is proud to have been awarded a $150,000 grant from the Maria Haber Charitable Fund at Gulf Coast Community Foundation to continue strengthening workforce development across our region.

We had the opportunity to visit the Spanish CNA Program yesterday and see the students as they near the finish line! 🎓

The class is almost complete, with graduation coming up on September 11. We’re proud to support these students as they build new skills, prepare for careers in health care and take the next step toward their professional goals.

Building a strong skilled-trades workforce starts with investing in apprentices.

CareerEdge recently presented B&I Contractors, Inc. with a workforce training grant to support its Apprenticeship Academy and provide employees with structured, hands-on training in technical and essential workplace skills.

This investment will help prepare employees for success, improve safety and productivity, reduce costly errors and rework, and create stronger pathways to long-term careers in the skilled trades.

Our FastTrack students are gaining the skills they need to succeed—both in the classroom and in their careers.

On Thursday, our Auto-Tech students at Suncoast Technical College participated in a Financial Wellness Workshop presented by Suncoast Credit Union, learning practical strategies to build a strong financial future.

Then, on Friday, our CNA students took part in a Professional Development Workshop with Dr. Roth, where they focused on emotional intelligence, resume writing and interviewing skills to help them stand out in the workforce.

Career success starts with more than technical training, and we're proud to help our students build the confidence and professional skills to thrive.

Today marked the first day of school for students across Sarasota and Manatee counties—but for this group, it also marked the first day of a new career.

Our newest CNA FastTrack cohort officially began classes at Suncoast Technical College, taking the first step toward earning their certification and preparing for careers in one of our region's most essential and in-demand fields.

As classrooms across our community filled with students of all ages, these future healthcare professionals embarked on a journey that will strengthen our local workforce and make a lasting impact on the lives of others. We can't wait to cheer them on every step of the way!

Our Automotive Technology FastTrack cohort took a break from the tools and training for a little positivity, stress relief, and team-building fun with Lori Roth, Self-Awareness Trainer and Coach.

From creative costumes to meaningful conversations, students had the opportunity to recharge, connect, and build the confidence they need both in the classroom and beyond.

The road to a rewarding career starts here.

Our newest Introduction to Automotive Technology FastTrack cohort is officially underway in partnership with Suncoast Technical College. Students will gain hands-on training in shop safety, vehicle maintenance, brake systems, electrical fundamentals, tire service, circuit testing, and more as they build the skills needed for entry-level automotive careers and future ASE certification.

We're excited to see this group shift into gear and take the first step toward high-demand careers in the automotive industry.
