Today we pause to say thank you to all who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. Your courage and dedication inspire us both on and off the mat.

What a wonderful tournament we had for the very first time at MMA!
Every minute was filled with energy and excitement! Everyone did an awesome job, and we are so proud of all of you.

Remember — it’s not about the medal, it’s about showing up, learning, and being a good sport. Tournaments teach us how to be our best, and sometimes they remind us that even if it’s not our best day, the next one will be better. Perseverance and indomitable spirit are the two most important tenets when we compete — never give up and always have the courage to try your best!

A huge thank-you to all our instructors and trainees for helping with judging and organization we couldn’t do it without you’ll.
A special thanks to Mr. Price for setting up the rings and schedule, and to Ms. Garsha for the delicious food for our staff — we truly appreciate it!
