Middle School Volleyball Update – August 26

We have received several questions from community members about tomorrow’s Middle School Volleyball game.

Because the Back to School Bash is also taking place tomorrow, the Middle School Volleyball game will be held in the Shenandoah High School Gym.

The game will be listed on Hudl as Shenandoah High School vs. Barnesville High School. Please pay close attention to the date, as our Varsity Volleyball team is also playing Barnesville tonight.

Schedule Changes & Updates — This Week

Monday, August 24:
⚽ Girls Varsity Soccer will play at The Linsly School.

Tuesday, August 25:
⚽ The Boys Varsity Soccer game vs. Belpre has been postponed. The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 23.

The remainder of the week will stay as scheduled, pending the rain staying away and field conditions cooperating.

⚽ Athletics Update — August 24–25

Monday, August 24, 2026 — Girls Soccer

Our Girls Soccer team will travel to The Linsly School on Monday for a 5:30 PM start time. This game will be played at Linsly instead of at home.

🚌 Bus Departure: 3:15 PM

Tuesday, August 25, 2026 — Boys Soccer

We are currently working to see if the Boys Soccer game can be moved to Belpre. We will provide an update as soon as that location is confirmed.

We are continuing to work very hard to make the best out of a difficult situation and provide our student-athletes with every opportunity to compete.

Important Reminder:
Coaches, athletes, families, and community members—please stay off the stadium field until further notice. We appreciate everyone's cooperation as we work through these circumstances.

A Huge Thank You! 💚🤍

I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this weekend of athletics possible for our student-athletes.

First, we want to thank our gracious neighbors at Meadowbrook High School and Caldwell High School for opening their facilities to us and being such wonderful hosts. We truly appreciate your hospitality and willingness to help our kids have the opportunity to compete.

I also want to recognize my administrative team—the best team! Thank you for your flexibility, hard work, and willingness to jump in and help make all of the moving pieces work.

A special thank you to Chris Rich and our bus garage staff, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our students could get where they needed to be. With so many changes and adjustments, your work made a tremendous difference.

To our coaches, thank you for working with me, being flexible, and being open to finding ways to give our athletes these opportunities. I know the changes and adjustments aren't always easy, but you continue to put our students first.

Finally, thank you to the Noble Local community. These people—and so many others—are what make this place so special.

You win with people.

I am incredibly grateful that our students, staff, and school district are surrounded by people who are willing to step up, work together, and do whatever it takes to give our kids opportunities.

This is what makes Noble Local special. 💚🤍

Due to the current field conditions, we have additional location and time changes for Saturday’s athletic events.

🎟️ Passes will be honored at the gate.
🍔 A concession stand will be available.
🚶 Please stay on the blacktop as much as possible and remain off the playing surface.

As we know, this is someone else’s athletic complex, and we want to respect their facilities just as we always do. Please be mindful of your trash and help us keep the complex, stands, and restrooms clean.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and respect as we work through these field conditions. Most importantly, we are grateful to have a place for our student-athletes to compete safely.
