Santo FFA Chapter Secretary:

Hi! My name is Porter Winbourn. I am a senior serving as the Santo FFA secretary. I have been a member of the Horse CDE team for three years and the Chapter Conducting LDE team for two years. My SAE’s during high school have been showing steers and rabbits. This year I earned the Lonestar FFA Degree. I am also a varsity football player, and I love to hunt and fish. Please let me know if I can help you in any way or answer any questions. I look forward to kicking off this new school year in the Santo FFA Chapter.

🌟Santo FFA Vice President Introduction🌟

Hey Santo!
My name is Graham Haile , and I am incredibly honored to be elected to serve as your 2026–2027 Santo FFA Chapter Vice President. FFA has pushed me in so many ways beyond agriculture—it’s helped me grow as a person and a leader. I’m especially grateful to my amazing ag teachers who have poured their passion into me and this incredible program.
If we haven’t met yet, here’s a little about what I do in FFA. I compete in LDE’s like Job interview, chapter conducting, and quiz teams. My CDE is Livestock Judging. For my SAE’s, I show pigs, commercial steers, market steers, and I build and present ag mech projects.
FFA has truly shown me the meaning of premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. I believe every member in this organization has something valuable to offer, and I’m here to help us all thrive. I’m so excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to serve all of you in a way that brings us closer together and creates new opportunities for growth.
If you ever have questions about anything FFA, please don’t hesitate to reach out. No question is too small, and no one should feel left behind in this program.

Here’s to an amazing year ahead with Santo FFA! 💙💛

It has been a great week at the Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas (ATAT) Conference in Corpus Christi planning for the upcoming year, conducting the business of our association, attending workshops, and learning new tips and tricks to make us better teachers and advisors. We are looking forward to a successful school year! We are also very thankful and excited to add a third ag teacher (Rachel Speegle) to our team!

At the conference, Mr. Peugh was recognized for 25 years of service as an agriculture teacher.

Texas FFA Convention💙💛

We took our chapter officers to the state convention in Fort Worth this week along with FFA members from all across Texas. We went to sessions, leadership workshops, a concert, fun night, and heard many great speeches, conducted business of the state association, recogized state awards and scholarships, and had a lot of fun!

🏅Congratulations to Porter Winbourn and Graham Haile for receiving their Lonestar Degrees which is the highest FFA Degree awarded by the state. It was a great week!
