A little reset work and intra oral massage to start our morning. 🥰

Now we’re trading the massage tables for an afternoon movie, followed by Taco Tuesday because retreats need tacos too.

Then tonight, we’re slowing everything way down with lots of nervous system work. Sleep therapy protocols, breathwork, and spine therapy techniques. Softening, settling, and giving our bodies a chance to exhale.

A little learning. A little play. A little rest. This is how we retreat. ♥️

I took the girls up to the falls and told them there was only one proper way to make a wish. You have to lean all the way in, stick your face into the freezing mountain water, and tell the fairies what you want.

Did I make this up?

Absolutely.

Did they believe me?

Enough to put their faces in the water. 😂

I'm not sure when I became the person who makes up mountain folklore on the spot, but I’m committed now.

So if you’re ever in the Utah mountains and see a couple of girls dunking their faces into freezing water… mind your business; they’re talking to the fairies.
