A couple of weeks ago, we held our **“Open House”**—a very special day where families come to the school not only to actively participate in their children's education but also to **learn, share, and gain tools they can use at home** to support their children's development and well-being.
The first hour was dedicated to sharing important information about our rules, guidelines, curriculum, and various aspects of our program.
But the second hour was, without a doubt, fantastic! ❤️
Our teachers worked in pairs to prepare four presentations packed with valuable information, strategies, and topics for our families:
🌱 **1. The impact of screen time on children**
🍬 **2. The effects of sweets, preservatives, and food coloring, and how they can influence children's health and behavior**
😴 **3. The importance of sleep for children**
💛 **4. The importance of social-emotional development**
It was wonderful to see our families participating, listening, asking questions, and sharing their own experiences. By the end, parents left the center **inspired, motivated, and equipped with new tools to take home**.
At our school, we firmly believe that **education neither begins nor ends with the children**. Education extends to their families—and especially to their parents, who are their children's first and most important teachers.
That is why it is essential for us to maintain **consistency between what we teach in the classroom and what we encourage among our families**. When the school and the family work in the same direction, our children receive a much more powerful and consistent message.
We are deeply proud of our team. ❤️
Our teachers don't work to create a center that is merely “Instagrammable.” They work to build a **true educational center**, 100% dedicated to the learning, development, well-being, and happiness of every child and their family.
That is the kind of school we strive to be. A school that **educates, supports, listens, and grows alongside its families.** 🌱💛
