Join us for a community training focused on overdose response and emergency CPR. This hands-on workshop will teach you how to:
• Recognize the signs of an opioid overdose
• Properly administer Narcan (naloxone)
• Perform CPR for adults and children
• Respond confidently in crisis situations

No medical experience is required — this training is open to all community members, parents, teachers, service workers, and anyone who wants to be prepared to help save a life.

“Pay What You Can” — All donations support RTI’s upcoming humanitarian outreach in Arizona and help us continue offering free community trainings and emergency aid.

I’m proud to announce my partnership with as an Executive Contributor! I will be featured in an exclusive Brainz Magazine interview highlighting my journey as an emergency nurse, educator, and harm reduction advocate. The article will explore how I’m using innovation, empathy, and advocacy to transform emergency care and empower underserved communities. My goal is to inspire others, challenge stigma, and build a larger platform for change — one voice at a time. In addition to my feature, I will be contributing a monthly column to Brainz Magazine focused on health and wellness. Each piece will offer evidence-based insights, practical advice, and compassionate perspectives on topics like mental health, addiction recovery, chronic illness, and self-care — all rooted in my experience as a nurse, educator, and advocate. My goal is to create a space that educates, uplifts, and empowers readers to take control of their well-being.
