Love the energy of Zumba, but looking for a gentler approach? 💛

Zumba Low Impact brings the fun, rhythm and feel-good energy of Zumba with easy-to-follow choreography designed to be easier on the joints and lower in overall impact.

You’ll move to Latin rhythms, global beats and uplifting music while building stamina, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, with at least one foot grounded and a more controlled intensity.

It’s a great option for beginners, active agers, those returning to fitness, anyone managing joint sensitivity, or simply anyone who wants a feel-good cardio option without the higher-impact moves.

At Focus Forward, that variety is intentional. We don’t believe you need to find one “thing.” Different kinds of movement can support different goals, different days, and different seasons of life.
