This week was all about Muscle Ups + Handstands — dialing in positions, timing, and control. From kip swings to turnover drills, you all put in WORK.

At Vitality Fest, Dr. Luke from came to educate us on how metabolism, bioenergetics, and hormone systems work—and how to take control of them for better health, performance, and quality of life.

And just when you thought it couldn’t get more interesting…

Did you know your toothbrush has more bacteria than your toilet seat and you probably should brush it with Dial soap? Yeah… well NOW you do. 😉😂
