In partnership with Merritt Community Capital Corporation, Santa Monica College (SMC) is launching California’s first for-credit community college Affordable Housing Property Management Certificate! 🏘️

Through Merritt’s Rising Affordable Housing Management Professionals (RAMP), under its Commitment to Community (C2C) workforce development initiative, the new certificate will prepare students for careers that support affordable housing communities and help address the region’s housing challenges. It launches in fall 2026, with qualifying courses available this summer!
