Hey friends I know I've inadvertently neglected this page lately so to make up for it a little bit here's the latest presentation I did. This spring I went from San Francisco, US to Seoul, Korea to Krakow, Poland to talk to people about team cultures and hear what they have to say. It is unfortunate how having a million big problems to solve with any given production one of the biggest sources of frustration game developers tend to face is in how their passion for their craft is met by their studio structures. We can do more and do better to make everyone’s voices heard while making better products in the process.
I honestly believe having a healthy discussion around this is one of the most important things we can do for the industry. Hopefully this talk can provide you with some valuable talking points.
