Think onboarding ends after an agent’s first week? 🛑 Think again.
I caught up with Ylopo Coach at the Success Summit, and she dropped a major truth bomb for team leaders: Onboarding is a continual process for the entire duration an agent is with your team. 📈👥
Marissa makes it clear—Pinnacle Collective Realty doesn’t just onboard someone and wish them luck. They are with their agents every single step of the way to ensure long-term growth and retention.

🚀 The best real estate teams aren’t debating whether AI matters anymore.
They’re figuring out how to use it to create leverage at scale.
In this clip, Scott Poe shares how AI and automation have become a core part of their tech stack—helping the team stay in front of more leads, create more conversations, and operate more efficiently without losing the human element.
The teams quietly winning right now aren’t replacing relationships with AI.
They’re using AI to strengthen them. 🤝
If you’ve been wondering what AI actually looks like inside a high-performing real estate operation, this is worth watching.
🎥 Watch the clip and see how top teams are using technology to create more opportunities while keeping people at the center of the business.

One of the things we love most about talking to top-performing teams is getting a real look behind the curtain at how they’re actually operating.
Scott Poe is a great example of that.
Scott’s organization services Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Grand Rapids, Michigan — with roughly 343+ transactions across the team and Scott personally closing around 185 deals over the last 12 months.
And what’s interesting is hearing how intentional their system has become.
This isn’t just “using AI.”
It’s how AI voice, AI texting, remarketing, branding, property alerts, and human follow-up all work together to create a much better experience for both the consumer and the agent.
One thing Scott said really stood out to me:
“It’s a hot call instead of a cold call.”
Before the agent even picks up the phone, the AI has already had a conversation with the lead, gathered context, and created a transcript so the agent walks into the conversation with a roadmap instead of calling blind.
✅ Then layer in the remarketing…
✅ The consumer sees homes with the team.
✅ Then sees the agents on Facebook.
✅ Then sees branded property alerts.
✅ Then sees more relevant content.
Over time, the team becomes familiar, recognizable, and trusted long before a transaction happens.
That’s the part I think a lot of people miss.
The best teams today aren’t replacing agents with AI.
They’re using AI to create warmer conversations, better timing, stronger branding, and more consistent follow-up at scale.
Really appreciate Scott sharing such an honest look into how they’re building their business behind the scenes.
We Thought AI Was Coming for Our ISA Team. We Were Wrong.
When you’re managing lead flow for one of the largest real estate teams in the country, you don’t get the luxury of chasing shiny objects.
Joshua Lynch oversees lead management and conversion systems for The Perna Team, a Michigan-based organization that has helped thousands of families buy and sell homes, generated billions in sales volume, and built one of the most sophisticated lead conversion operations in real estate.
So when AI calling entered the picture, Joshua and his team had a healthy dose of skepticism.
After all, they already had a proven inside sales team. They were already generating appointments. They were already converting leads.
The question wasn’t whether AI could make calls.
The question was whether it could create opportunities their team wasn’t already capturing.
What they discovered surprised them.
Instead of replacing their people, AI helped them identify more hand raisers, engage more leads, create more conversations, and generate additional appointments from a database that was already being actively worked.
One feature stood out in particular:
Live transfers.
Interested prospects are identified by AI and connected directly to the team, creating conversations that might otherwise never happen.
In this video, Joshua shares what happened when one of real estate’s most successful lead conversion teams added AI calling to their existing process—and why they now view it as a force multiplier rather than a replacement for their people.
If your business depends on lead generation, lead conversion, database management, or inside sales, this is a conversation worth paying attention to.

What happens when you combine AI follow-up, Google LSAs, database nurturing, and seller-focused marketing… with an agent already doing 400 transactions a year?
You get stories like this.
Tyler Tresize from Toledo, Ohio personally lists around 130 homes a year and helps lead a team closing roughly 400 transactions annually.
In this video, Tyler shares how Ylopo has helped his business generate more listing opportunities through tools like AI texting, Google Business management, LSAs, and Heatmap technology used directly in listing presentations.
One story stood out:
A seller lead completely disappeared for 7 months.
Most agents would’ve moved on.
But Ylopo’s AI follow-up kept working quietly in the background. After 26 automated text touchpoints, the seller finally replied on text #27:
“Hey, I’m ready to list my house.”
That’s the power of long-term nurture and consistent follow-up at scale.
If you’re a real estate agent looking to create more listing conversations, improve seller lead conversion, and leverage AI to stay in front of homeowners longer, this is worth watching.
was a great week of collaboration, networking, and game planning.
Shout out to .ashton for the song creation! Leveraging AI in one of the most fun ways!
2027 will be here before we know it. Implement what you learned and get ready to finish the back half of the year strong! 💪
Even the best have to leverage coaching!
Mike DiVita is the Sales Manager at Palisade Realty. His team does amazing work. But the new Ylopo Radar AI was not meeting his expectations. Instead of calling it quits, he doubled down. On marketing spend, on training, on activity.
5 days after the mindset shift, they have 1 listing and 3 listing appointments. His team got creative and even started door knocking these opportunities. Getting that face to face connection can make all the difference to build trust.
It’s always the easy thing to say “the leads are bad.” You have to look in the mirror and see what you can do differently to improve. That’s the hard part: taking feedback and actioning on it.
We want to help and support our partners to improve their systems, processes, and help them help more buyers and sellers! You only have to raise your hand!
Finding love at 🥰
Real Estate is a personal business. and Joe Brown have known each other for a long time. At Ylopo Summit 2024 in Austin, TX, they found out there was so much more between them than just helping people buy and sell homes.
Ylopo brings people together! Fall in love with your systems and processes (or your colleague) 🤩🤪
“Right now is the time to lock in and go, go, go!” 🚀
I sat down with Jack Miller at the Ylopo Success Summit to discuss the massive transformations hitting real estate today. Between AI, shifting market conditions, and record interest rates, Jack’s advice was simple: Focus. 🎯
In an era where you can’t be everywhere at once, Jack says the key is picking one or two things to make excellent and then executing relentlessly.
The biggest takeaway? AI isn’t here to take your job—it’s here to supercharge your entire business. 🦾✨
