Our CAPOEIRA KIDS class teaches children the fundamentals of the Brazilian Martial Art Capoeira. In our Closing Circle kids get to thank one another for participating by looking each other in the eyes and saying “Obrigado” or “Obrigada” (Thank You).

Join us for a FREE Capoeira Kids class this Sunday, November 19th from 10:00-11:00am at Concert Park in Playa Vista! We will have refreshments, snacks and plenty of stickers and stamps to go around! Our Capoeira Kids class combines the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira with interactive and engaging fitness games to build confidence and help develop your kid’s inner martial artist and athlete! Excited to be teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness] for a free workout event this Saturday, May 14th at 9am at the Runway in Playa Vista!
We are hosting a FREE workout for kids ages 5-10 outside on the grass area near Sender One climbing. We will have snacks and goodies for the kids and parents can get a free workout at Orangetheory Fitness] as well!
