Marc Toupuissant is this week’s Football Athlete of the Week!

Marc’s mindset is defined by one clear goal: constant, relentless improvement. He is never satisfied with just getting through a workout; he is the athlete who is constantly asking questions, breaking down his technique, and looking for any edge to get better with every single repetition.

That elite focus is yielding massive results on the turf. This offseason, Marc recorded both the fastest Flying 10 and the fastest Pro Agility times in the entire program!

We absolutely cannot wait to see this explosive speed and next-level quickness on full display on the field this upcoming season!

Braydon Sanford is this week’s Strength & Conditioning Football Athlete of the Week!

Braydon is a true “first in, last out” leader who embodies everything it means to be a Corsair. From the first day he stepped into our facility, he has done nothing but work incredibly hard. But his contribution goes far beyond personal grit; Braydon is leading his lift group and has quickly grown into a vital leader for the entire team.

What we value most is when we can see the direct transfer from the weight room to the field. Braydon demonstrates this transition daily, specifically when it comes to explosive speed, power, and his overall ability to dominate on the field.
