Together, we’ll explore self-defense as self-care—developing awareness, intuition, and practical physical strategies to protect and advocate for ourselves. 💆‍♀️ Through discussions, games, and hands-on techniques, participants will gain tools to move through the world with greater confidence.
No martial arts background required.
