Today Labor Day open mat! Great turning out, lots of solid rolls and lots of fun. Kids vs Adults, adult’s vs adults and kids vs kids. We encourage our kids to roll with the adults so they get the chance to really push themselves. The girls know the assignment of helping them out and not just dominate a smaller person. We can tell you this, those kids don’t hold back! Tyler Chronister Lauren Sparks Rudy Garcia Lincoln White jmarco_95

Hey fam, we have updated our processing software and many received an email last night about the upgrade but it looks like some did not! Fear not, everything is still good to go at the school! What we do need, is to have everyone from the Lil’s, kids, teens and all adults classes to see Chris or Erin so we can verify your information. If you can’t make it in, please call us or email us so we can square everything and everyone away! Thank you for understanding and patience!
