I am Darrel Parker. I graduated from the USC Judicial Administration Program in 1986. I currently serve as the CEO of the Santa Barbara Superior Court in California.. I was attending the National Association for Presiding Judges and Court Executive Officers conference in Anaheim, CA this week. I met other graduates of the program, Shelly Ellefson, Kip Anderson, Alan Slater and David Yamasaki. At dinner some of us spoke about connecting the alumni and documenting the program's history.
