Way to go, Superstars!!

The Orcutt Union School District and three of its schools were informed this week that they have been selected for the 2024 Educational Results Partnership Honor Roll list of California’s top performing school districts and schools. Recognition was based on 2024 CAASPP test results. District schools included on the list were Joe Nightingale School, Pine Grove School, and Orcutt Junior High School.

Educational Results Partnership is a nonprofit that applies data science to help improve student outcomes and career readiness throughout the educational system. The organization has strong backing from chambers of commerce and business leaders throughout the state. This recognition provides validation for the performance of our district and the three schools on state testing. WELL DONE, EVERYONE!!

Pine Grove first graders traveled to StarBooks for their first room transformation day!

One last room transformation day in second grade! “When pigs fly” stem stations. Students learned about levers, thrust, gravity, and drag after reading the book “Maybe” which is a story about the endless potential in all of us. 🐷🐖🐷
