🎨 The Santa Fe Teen Center is turning 3!

Join us Friday, September 18, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. for a special Open House and Family Night celebrating the Teen Center’s third anniversary!

This year’s theme is Snack & Paint Night, with food, cake, painting and other activities provided.
Bring the family, get creative and help us celebrate three years of the Santa Fe Teen Center!

After School Adventures

Santa Fe Public Library is excited to announce a new drop-in after school program for school-age children on early-release Fridays in partnership with the Community Educators Network, a consortium of educators from over fifty organizations throughout North Central New Mexico who collaborate to enhance experiential education.

Once a month, each library location will host a partner organization.

Visit the library's online calendar for dates and details about the After School Adventures series.

The first program kicks off with the Santa Fe Children's Museum at the Main Library on Friday, September 18, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Make paper helicopters and fly them in a wind tunnel! The following Friday, September 25, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, head over to the Southside Library to make paper with local ecology educators, we.grow.eco.

This free program from the Community Educators Network is funded by the City of Santa Fe's Children and Youth Commission Small Grant fund. Per library policy, children under 9 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
