Partners in Education (PiE) awarded Teachers Who Inspire awards to six outstanding SFPS teachers from May 3rd-15th, with each teacher receiving $1,500. Join us in celebrating their love of learning and classroom leadership!

The 2023/2024 yearbook is getting printed! We are making sure everyone is able to get a yearbook this year by offering a first copy for free. Voluntary donations to help us cover the printing cost are welcomed!

📚🌞 SFPS students can read high-interest ebooks and audiobooks on Sora all summer long! 🌞📚

Sora is available through ClassLink on student Chromebooks, or you can download the Sora app for free to any device from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or soraapp.com. The SFPS Sora collection features ebooks and audiobooks for all grade levels and reading levels, K-12, including books in Spanish. To use Sora, students should choose Santa Fe Public Schools as their school, and no other username or password is necessary.

Ms. Patti (Kindergarten) received a Teachers Who Inspire award this afternoon from Partners in Education!! The entire school came together to celebrate and we had several board members, the assistant superintendent, and the superintendent in attendance. There will be a news article in the Sante Fe New Mexican over the weekend to detail the event.

I am beyond thankful to be working with a very talented crew of educators! Together we uphold the strong Acequia Madre legacy!!!

We had a great showing this morning (+/- 20 Acequia Madre peeps) at Frenchy's and Alto park for the Bike to School day. Special thanks to Ms. Montoya, Ms. Cindy, and Nathan Lemons for showing up bright and early and supporting our students on the ride!
