I just got off the meeting and I'm so sorry that I published a zoom link and it was a google meets meeting, so I think a lot of folks didn't get into the call. However, it's not too late to be heard. You have until midnight tonight, so do it now, copy and paste, and send an email to: regulations@cdph.ca.gov If you've already sent an email, send another. This one you are requesting a copy of the transcripts from the public comments session: Subject: Public Comment on DPH-024-005 – Emergency H**p Regulation Dear CDPH Regulations Office, I am writing in strong opposition to the emergency regulation DPH-024-005. Please note that I am a supporter of the Sisters of the Valley and other responsible h**p product makers who do not sell anything smokable, and have never sold hot CBD (products over the legal THC limit). The real problems in this market are coming from bad actors — companies skirting the rules — and this regulation does nothing to stop them. Instead, it threatens legitimate businesses that have been operating lawfully for years, with safety testing, licensing, and transparency. If enforcement is the issue, then enforce.
