That was the best summer yet! Thank you to all the fierce girl leaders and peace warriors that attend camp happy heart this year! Thank you to all the parents and care givers who showed up for coaching sessions!!! My heart is so grateful for the love we created this summer!

This week truly blew me away. The kindness. The inclusivity. The real talk!

This week at camp happy heart we talked about
❤️saying what you mean and meaning what you say
❤️speaking up when you desire something or need something
❤️taking self responsibility. Bringing what you want to see at the party.
❤️loving people that are difficult to love
❤️sales! Enrolling people in your ideas by being of service vs manipulating people into doing things that aren't right for them
❤️ consent. Respecting peoples yeses and peoples nos
❤️self trust
❤️being with difficult emotions
❤️ and fart jokes

I love growing up together! If you've been following us for years, you have been seeing these leaders grow up right before your very eyes. I don't know who is teaching who?! These leaders are young but mighty! Each generation creates the clearing for the next! I'm so excited for the future when these little bosses take over!
