Learn to live from a place of being where you feel incredibly free, fulfilled, and capable.

Available as a personal & retreat chef. Amazingly delicious food that also feels great in your body! I love to cook and I love to share my joy and passion for food with others. Food that is delicious, healthy, satisfying, nourishing. Food that makes you want to lick your fingers or scrape your plate. Food that fills your belly and fills you with a sense of well being; when you are done you sit back with a smile on your face and your body hums of satisfaction. For me, there is something to more to food than just something to satisfy hunger. It weaves together so many aspects of the human experience: culture, desire, history, circumstance; every meal has a story and I prefer my stories to be nourishing, nuanced, and satisfying. It is from this place that I seek to inspire and empower people to make positive food choices in their daily life. Whether you would like to eat amazing and healthy food, learn to cook, or improve your cooking skills I am happy to share my passion with you!
