I'm thrilled to announce that I'm taking clients!

As many of you know, during the last year and a half, I have been training with the Somatica Institute to become a relationship and intimacy coach. It has been one of the most educational and transformative journeys of my life. Somatica has helped me become the confident and empowered person I always wanted to be. I’m more aware of not only my body, feelings, desires, and boundaries but also those of others. As a result, I’m able to communicate with more confidence and empathy which has led to greater intimacy and connection. I am more able to stay present in the face of people's emotions and regulate when emotions flare. Challenges still come up, but with the skills I have learned there is less anxiety and there is more security. When there is pain or conflict, I now have skills to practice repair, trust my boundaries and connect deeply. I am so excited to start teaching and supporting others in their journey of growth.
