We’re participating in Giving Day this year so we can continue to give students hands-on experience that complements their education. We have many new exciting programs that can be held virtually, including a pen pal program, mentorship, alumni panels, and more. Since most classes are virtual because of the pandemic, it’s even more crucial that we can help students learn how to apply their knowledge to build cool projects. We plan on mailing kits full of exciting hardware for our members to borrow. This would allow them to follow along with our workshops and expand on useful skills. We hope you keep us in mind as Giving Day rolls around—any and all contributions are greatly appreciated.
