Father’s Day is a time to recognize and appreciate the fathers, father figures, and caregivers who show up with love, guidance, and support 💚

We honor the many ways fatherhood is expressed—through patience, sacrifice, encouragement, and care that helps shape strong families and communities.

Strong families are built through connection and support, and today we celebrate all those who help provide stability, love, and guidance in a child’s life 💚

Juneteenth is a day to honor freedom, justice, and resilience 💚

It commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and reminds us that the work toward equity and true liberation continues today.

At Community Bridges, we recognize that strong communities are built when every person has access to dignity, opportunity, and support. Through our programs serving children, families, and seniors, we remain committed to advancing wellbeing and equity for all.

On World Hunger Day, we recognize that access to nutritious food is essential to health, dignity, and wellbeing. No one in our community should have to worry about where their next meal will come from.

Through programs like Meals on Wheels and nutrition support services, Community Bridges helps older adults, families, and neighbors access healthy food and vital connection every day.

Together, we can build a community where everyone has the nourishment and support they need to thrive. 🍎

Today we remember and honor the service members who gave their lives in sacrifice to our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

Memorial Day is also a reminder of the importance of community—of caring for one another and ensuring every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, support, and hope.

As we reflect today, we hold space for remembrance, gratitude, and the families who carry these legacies forward.

Today we honor the mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, and all those who nurture and support families with love, strength, and compassion. Their care helps children grow, families heal, and communities thrive.

At Community Bridges, we’re proud to stand alongside caregivers through early education, family resource centers, counseling, nutrition support, and other essential services that help families build healthy, stable futures together.
