We have such good group of seasoned dancers in the room, wise and wild ones, brave and bold ones.
Join us for dance day exploring what it means to live fully and to dare deeply- to wholeheartedly experience and enjoy this one wild and precious life that we have been given.
We will explore the line between setting a clear intention for what we want for our lives-and listening in deeply to what life want from us!

We will explore together what it means to be human,
to have a heart that wishes and wants
and how we might move more skilfully with the mysteries of life.
and even see if we can stack the odds in our favour!

Dance remains the truest way of making sense of life that I have. It is my passion, my portal, my permission-bringer; the place where I find my power and drop into the terrains of tender-heartedness. It is where I find soul, sass, sweetness and sanity. I keep coming back to the dance -as it keeps me coming back to myself. Helps me to become more resourced, more resilient, more robust; to keep on shining bright in dark times.
