This Tuesday, March 10th✨ We will be having a special guest instructor to supplement the nerves & safety portion of class. He is an ER PA of over 11 years and will be providing his clinical experience and expertise!

Rope can be beautiful and connective, but it also carries real risks, especially when it comes to nerve safety. In this class, we’ll cover essential knowledge on nerve awareness, injury prevention, and how to start building your own informed risk profile. In the second half, we’ll explore rope types, care, storage, and foundational handling techniques to support intentional and safer rope play🪢
