Congratulations to Maddie Mendez and her mount Foxy at Gold Coast today - placing first in their first class ever together after 5 lessons! They went on to take 3rd in their walk/trot/canter class, and 5th in their crossrails class. So proud of the pair pulling it together in one a week and todays 102° heat!

Early last Monday morning I lost my boy, Coda. He was rescue thru a friend, and came to me as a three year old. For nine years he was my side-kick, my shadow. He rode on the tractor when I dragged the arenas. He shared his life first with Sam and then with Buddy. He was my comfort, entertainment, and partner. We love our dogs (and horses... and all pets) with all our hearts. And each time we have to say good-bye, they take a piece of our hearts with them. But they also leave a piece of their heart in us forever. I miss you, Coda. Sweet dreams, my Coda-moda.💔🧸😢
