Hello everyone! I am thrilled to announce that we have just received copies of our very own Chess Book for our chess programs, which will be used to enrich the experience for the youth we teach in various schools.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the OMG team and Alessandro for their efforts in putting together this amazing product that will undoubtedly benefit our students.
Furthermore, I am excited to remind you that our summer programs with the city will commence on June 15th. This past Saturday, the Inaugural Santa Clarita Book Festival at the College of the Canyons was an exceptional event! It was a wonderful to interact with a diverse group of talented and imaginative authors from our local and neighboring communities. The abundance of creative prowess exhibited at the festival was truly inspiring.
Alessandro’s speech on “How to make dreams come true” was a standout moment. His articulate delivery and passion for public speaking were evident, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. It’s clear that he has a promising future in this field.
The presence of The Signal (Santa Clarita Newspaper ) at the event added to the excitement, ensuring that the festival received well-deserved coverage. Alessandro’s contributions were acknowledged in the latest issue of the newspaper, further highlighting the success of the festival.

Introducing the youngest of our presenters, Alessandro Concas!

A resident of Valencia, Alessandro is a published author, ambitious entrepreneur and accomplished musician.

Alessandro knows what it means to inspire and motivate. The Rio Norte Jr. High middle school student will be the festival’s “Young Author Spotlight,” sharing his path to publication and entrepreneurship while giving other young authors a road map for making even the biggest of dreams come true.

Born in 2009, Alessandro wrote his first book, “The A to Zs of Fighting Boredom,” when he was just 8 years old. Since the publication of that book in 2018, Alessandro has gone on to write the science fiction series “Life of the Time Cat.”

Proceeds from Alessandro’s book sales support various charities and fundraisers, and he saves a portion for his college tuition.
