This has been a tough day. It’s my brother’s birthday. He would have been 66 today. Many don’t know that he was living with me for the past 2 years. He was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer early this year. Went through chemo that was pretty successful but being a smoker since age 12 just left too much damage. He was doing well until a few weeks ago… went on hospice. And passed earlier this month. 🥲. Hope he is celebrating today with my parents. 😇🙏❤️

OMG!! Life is never dull here on the Ranch!! If horses can find a way to do it they will! I guess Mr Sully decided he needed a bath. He forgot his life alert … help I’ve fallen and cannot get up…call button and was found this way in the morning! Crazy! Fortunately with the help of good ol Tmbleweed our truck and Matt our ranch hand and Lew from Tipsy B we were able to get him out. He’s a little banged up but OK! 😍 .com

After two years here, I couldn’t be happier with Shamrock T and to have Cindy as my daughter’s trainer! Honestly, there are plenty of good coaches out there. But while it’s one thing to teach someone to run a barrel pattern or how to ride a horse, it’s another thing entirely to teach COMPLETE horsemanship!! And I don’t mean cleaning stalls or picking hooves (though that’s part of it too!). I mean really understanding, if you are serious, you have to invest in these animals. They work hard, you have to work hard. They are 1000 lbs. animals, you need not only respect them, but have confidence in yourself to get on them and lead THEM. Far too many nuances to leave in a FB review certainly. But if you want to become a well rounded (and that includes “fast”) horseman, this place is a great fit. And honestly, going fast is fun, and important, but it alone won’t get you thru life. It’s the “other stuff” that too often gets left behind...only to the detriment of the student. That certainly is not forgotten about at Shamrock T! And I appreciate that very much! 5 stars all the way!

Ladies. Have you ever had your shower look like this after your favor guy has done some manscaping? 🤮I’ve heard stories!!! Ha ha. Fortunately for me my favorite guy in this story is Sargeant 🐾🐶

2024!! How did everyone's year start? Great I hope! Let's make it a great year! Something to think about.... Taxes.. Look at our historical taxes... What's to say our government does not decide to increase taxes to what they were in 1940!?
