Let Freedom Ring! Happy Independence Day America! Thank you to all of the individuals that have fought for our independence. Enjoy this day but never forget the fight (and continuing fights) for our Country - Unite on this day, share a smile, a hug, some laughter, and maybe tears with anyone who comes within your personal circle today - family - friend - stranger. Over the last few months I've had the same conversation with business owners again and again.

"I know I should be doing something... I just need help staying focused and consistent."

Most business owners jump in running when they start a business. They have great intentions, big goals, and a heart to win. But in all of the start-up, the building, the support for their customers/clients, the building/training a team, the financials, the systems (or lack of), falling on their shoulders overwhelm kicks in and shut down happens. You can spend all day working and still not move your business forward.

Productive business owners focus on activities that create momentum.

Things like:

✔ Following up
✔ Building relationships
✔ Improving customer experience
✔ Creating systems
✔ Clarifying their message

A slower season is a great time to evaluate where your time is actually going.

Ask yourself:

"𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄?"

The answer may surprise you.
Once you have your answer, it is time to take advantage of the "opportunity season" and set processes to use those activities more!

Does this sound familiar:

𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄.

The same question has come up in three strategy client meetings which tells me it is not a ONE person/business problem.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙮 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨?

I answered them and we have started implementing systems to do this for them. But let me ask you this simple question....
