Cooking activities are some of our favorite ways to sneak in learning: little hands practice measuring, pouring, and tearing spinach (fine motor skills!), while also exploring science concepts like mixing and texture. And let's be honest — kids are so much more excited to try new foods when they made it themselves! 🍎

Judging by this face, spinach and apple smoothies are officially a hit. 😄
